Indeed, the top 10 teams from Liverpool through Newcastle United are separated by 19 points – that's six wins and a draw.
Oddsmakers point to the intense competition this season as a reason for the difficulty in predicting the Premier League champions in 2023/24.
If #1 Liverpool continues winning for the remainder of the contest, it's game, set, and match. But Manchester City, Arsenal, and Aston Villa are hot on the heels of Liverpool, playing with sublime talent and an intense hunger.
It's anybody's game, especially from the top five contenders, with Manchester City posing the greatest threat to Liverpool's title race this season.

Everton currently has 10 points deducted for breaching its financial rules, but the decision is under appeal with the authorities. Injury concerns are always a factor when making relegation predictions.
